For years I thought I was helping my clients live their best lives by using external diet rules, tools, and presumptions. I wasn't. I was exacerbating the lie that health, happiness, and self-worth are found in shrinking one's body.
I discovered Intuitive Eating and began helping others learn this non-diet approach to eating developed by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. Fascinated by the power of positive psychology and the ability to change the brain, I began studying with Dana Wilde and Train Your Brain. From that training, I developed The Diet Renegade. My most recent work to become a Cognitive Behavioral Coach & Non-Diet Life Coach with Stephanie Dodier blew my mind and made me realize that I have to help women stop dieting!
